Can I start using Staff HQ today?

Beta testing is by invitation only. Request an invitation below and tell us about your work. We review fit and readiness before offering access and guided onboarding. A request does not create an account or guarantee an invitation.

Is Staff HQ another chatbot?

No. It is a secure command center that organizes specialized AI roles, persistent projects, visible work, and approval-gated actions around the outcomes you choose.

Does it act without me?

Routine research, drafting, and local organization can proceed within clear boundaries. External messages, purchases, bookings, destructive changes, and other consequential actions stay behind explicit approval.

Can I choose which agents are active?

Yes. Every agent can be enabled or disabled at any time. Existing history remains available, and re-enabling an agent restores its prior conversations.

Where does my Staff HQ history live?

The hosted beta keeps operational records in a tenant-scoped Staff HQ workspace. Model and connector work follows the services and accounts you intentionally configure, with access limited by your organization and role.

Are all features and email providers available?

No. Features depend on the release, workspace configuration, connected accounts, and permissions. Current connected email and calendar work focuses on Google. iCloud Mail and other providers are not promised as available. Roadmap items are planned, not a delivery-date commitment.

Will Staff HQ control my browser or answer my phone?

The web app does not control your browser. Optional browser control is planned only for downloaded versions. AI agents for incoming and outgoing phone calls are a separate roadmap capability, not live beta functionality. Phone rollout will require consent, regional calling rules, recording choices, opt-outs, handoff, and spending controls.
